European Guidelines (4th Edition)
In 2006 the European Comission, in cooperation with EUREF, EBCN and EUSOMA, published the 4th edition of the European Guidelines for Quality Assurance in Breast Cancer Screening and Diagnosis.
These guidelines aim to raise quality standards by bringing together at EU level the best examples from regional and national breast cancer screening programmes over the last 20 years. They are a manual for health professionals and advocates everywhere, describing best practice evolving from regional and national breast cancer screening programmes based on mammography.
The fourth edition of this bestseller has again been coordinated by EUREF and developed with input from over 200 professionals from 23 countries.
